The print edition is available for purchase from InformIT [URL below]. The eBook should be available soon...
The print edition will be available from other retailers (Amazon, etc.) in a couple of weeks after stock reaches their warehouse.
I am checking with Manufacturing to see if your book printed locally in the UK, in which case it should be available soon. If we printed in the US and are shipping to the UK/Europe, then it will be 6-8 weeks before it is available outside the US.
